Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Chia
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp collagen powder optional
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pulse the chia seeds in a blender or a food processor until a fine sand texture forms. You can also buy pre-ground chia seeds in the form of chia powder.
- Then, add all other ingredients and blend or pulse until smooth.
- Add the mixture to a bowl and cover with a lid or wrap.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until a mousse texture forms. Enjoy cold with berries.
