Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp collagen powder optional
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Pulse the chia seeds in a blender or a food processor until a fine sand texture forms. You can also buy pre-ground chia seeds in the form of chia powder.
  2. Then, add all other ingredients and blend or pulse until smooth.
  3. Add the mixture to a bowl and cover with a lid or wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until a mousse texture forms. Enjoy cold with berries.
