Freedom Skewers with Watermelon, Feta, Blueberry and Mint
- 1/4 of a large watermelon cubed
- 1 block feta cheese cubed
- Fresh honey
- Cube the watermelon and the feta cheese block.
- Make the skewers by adding a cube of watermelon, a cube of cheese, a blueberry and a small mint leaf. Continue until you’ve run out of ingredients.
- When ready to serve, drizzle with fresh honey. Serve cold.
