Healthy Snickers with Bananas, Nut Butter, and a Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tbsp almond butter
  • Nuts— I used almonds pecans and walnuts
  • Chocolate Chips without refined sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cut the banana in half.
  • Using a butter knife, spread almond butter on both sides and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Add a saucepan of water to the stove and bring to a boil. Add a glass (or other heat resistant bowl) on top of the boiling water and add chocolate chips, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir until all of the chocolate chips are melted.
  • Sprinkle on the nuts to the almond butter and banana. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Place the frozen bananas in the freezer for at least an hour and enjoy.
