Boil a large pot of water and prepare noodles according to package directions.
In the meantime, make the sauce. Add the ghee to a pan and the lemon slices. Add in the garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir around until the lemons start to caramelize.
Add in half of each the basil and parsley. Sauté for another minute or two.
Once the lemons have caramelized, add in the juice of the other half.
Once the pasta noodles are finished cooking, drain and add the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce, stirring to coat the noodles well.
To plate, add the pasta and noodles and finish with the remaining amounts of parsley, basil and some fresh lemon zest.
