ITALIAN OLIVE OIL MOKA COFFEE
A little taste of Italy for you! The Moka pot is one of the ways I like to make coffee on the rare occasion I decide to have one. I typically only drink coffee from Italy because of the high quality grade of the beans. The moka pot is a stove-top maker that brews coffee by passing hot water driven by vapor pressure through ground coffee. Have you ever tried making coffee with this?
Ingredients
Ground coffee, 2 tbsp
Olive oil, 1 tbsp (optional)
Almond Milk (or milk of choice), 1 cup
Instructions
1. Place two tbsp of coffee in the lower chamber of the Moka pot and flatter it out with the back of your spoon.
2. Place the Moka on the stove at medium heat and allow it to boil.
** option to add in olive oil
3. Once boiling, remove moka from stove and pour coffee into glass and add with milk of choice.
Add a whip of foam and enjoy bringing Italy into your backyard!
