My Refresh & Revive Green Summer Smoothie has been on repeat the last few days as we go through this major heat wave here in Paris. A smoothie with celery may sound odd but the celery imparts such a refreshing and unexpected flavor. Banana, peach and avocado round out the flavor profile to make this the perfect summer smoothie. And just because I know I’ll get asked… for protein powder, I still recommend @getoffyouracid, @sproutliving and Restore by Dr. Tennant! Refresh & Revive Green Summer Smoothie
- 2 ribs celery
- 1 peach pitted
- 1.5 cups spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- Almond milk
- 1 scoop clean vanilla protein powder
- Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse. Add ice and almond milk as needed until you reach your desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
