May 5, 2018Hi!
You have always been so responsive and helpful and I so appreciate it (flu advice, Cryotherapy etc)! Question….honey is listed as a food I shouldn’t eat on the FODMAP diet. Any alternate suggestions? I made AN organic Pork loin tonight with Brown sugar, tamari substituted for soy sauce, and used raw honey but am not supposed to. Also looking at this and my fav is a MARG so I need a honey substitute. Bummer is that I love honey ? PS. I made the mistake of trying to save money and BOught casa amigos tequilla …the smell alone is bad . I bought it for a sipping tequilla, digestion, and drink additive. Bad purchase since holding the glass to my nose smells like feet and yuck?. George and Rande are cute and all but no to their tequilla.
Okay 1 more while I am asking….my 6 and 7 year old boys are Sick often it seems, I was giving elderberry DAILY and wondered if it truly helps. I also have a plant based vitamin recommended to me at a whole foods market. Do you recommend both. Our pediatrician Doesn’t mind either but wondered if I am wasting money on the elderberry OR if you find other things helpful for immunity. One loves cheeses, olives, salsa, guac, charcuterie trays so may be able to handle something that tastes funky. My other SON is pickier. Any thoughts….
A suggestion for a future topic would be intermittent fasting …I’m curious
