Simple Wellness Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 handfuls of Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Big tablespoon of Almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Collagen I used WithinUs
  • 8 Mint leaves
  • 2 handfuls of Spinach
  • 1-2 scoops of Vanilla vegan protein powder I used Alkamind vanilla vegan protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth! Easy as that!
