
Simple Wellness Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 Mango
- 1 Big tablespoon of Almond butter
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Collagen I used WithinUs
- 8 Mint leaves
- 2 handfuls of Spinach
- 1-2 scoops of Vanilla vegan protein powder I used Alkamind vanilla vegan protein powder
Instructions
- Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth! Easy as that!
