Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup fennel Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder or cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix
  2. Roast at 350ºF for 10 minutes
  3. Add 2 teaspoons of the mix on top of each serving of soup
