Spring Homemade Detox Green Juices

Summer is right around the corner, and you know what that means . . . Bikini Bod! Que the juices! Here are some of my go-to super nutrient-dense spring juices for you to make for yourself at home.
Super Green Juice
Ingredients
- 3 whole Collard green leaves, washed
- 4 whole kale leaves, washed
- 1 large cucumber, or 2-3 small, washed
- 4 whole asparagus, washed
- 4 whole celery sticks, washed
- A good handful or whole mint bundle stems included
- 2 in think fresh ginger root, skin on
- 4-5 pieces of fresh pineapple, or more if you like it sweeter
- 1 quarter of a lemon, juiced
Directions
- Put ingredients one by one into the juicer. add lemon juice at the end. Once done, stir and drink immediately or store in a glass jar to drink later!
Spring Beet Juice
Ingredients
- 4 whole celery sticks, washed
- 4 whole kale leaves, washed
- 1 large beet with beet greens, washed
- 1/2 a pear, core removed
- 4-5 medium whole carrots, washed
- 6 fresh cherries, seed removed
- 2 inches fresh whole ginger root, skin on
- 2 inches fresh turmeric root, skin on
- 1 quarter of a lemon, juiced
Directions
- Put ingredients one by one into the juicer. add lemon juice at the end. Once done, stir and drink immediately or store in a glass jar and drink later!
