It’s safe to say I travel ALOT. And since my stomach is so dang sensitive, I truly can not touch airport or airplane food. Thankfully, I have come up with so many great snack ideas and easy recipes to make before traveling on a plane so you don’t wreck your stomach before you get to your destination:
- Fresh fruit like blueberries, pineapple, pear, strawberries, grapefruit etc.
- Homemade Granola
- Rice Crackers
- Homemade Granola Bars
- Gluten-Free Mini Muffins
- A nice slice of my Gluten-Free Bread
- Roasted Veggie Sandwiches
- Dried fruit or Veggies
Now a lot of you may be asking: can I take all of that through security? The answer is yes, you can! You just can’t take anything considered a liquid, like a yogurt or a chia pudding! xoxo
